Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
salt
pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk (approximately)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover the bottom with a single layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and flour; add a few dots of butter. Repeat until all potato slices are used.
Pour milk over the potatoes.
Dot with remaining butter.
Bake 1 hour.
