Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12-inch) flour tortilla
    1/3 c. refried beans, heated
    1/4 c. salsa
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
    Wesson oil for frying
Preparation
    Heat oil (1-inch) to 350\u00b0.
    Fry tortilla, turning once until lightly browned.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Spread with refried beans, salsa, cheeses, olives and onions.
