Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Prepare pastry for a double-crust 9-inch pie.
Line 9-inch pie pan with 1/2 of the pastry dough.
Combine pie filling ingredients and pour over pie crust in pan.
Dot with 1 tablespoon oleo. Adjust top pastry; seal well (wrap well now and freeze if desired). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
