Pennsylvania Dutch Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups sifted flour
1 1/4 cup shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
5 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cut together salt, flour and shortening.
Beat water and egg together, add vinegar.
Add to flour mixture.
Makes pastry for two crust pie plus one single crust.
