Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 large eggs
    1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 deep-dish pie crusts, thawed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes 30 minutes or until tender; drain. Beat potatoes and butter at medium speed until smooth. Add eggs and next 6 ingredients, beating well. Pour evenly into pie crusts and bake at 350\u00b0 on lower oven rack for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Makes two 9-inch pies.
