Vegetable Soup Stock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    2 green peppers
    10 carrots
    8 stalks celery
    1 head cabbage
    4 to 5 onions
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Chop all veggies and put in a big pan. Boil for 1 hour.
    This is easy to can in quart jars or freeze in quart bags.
