Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 tart apples
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash of ground nutmeg
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Pare and core apples and thinly slice apples to make 6 cups. If apples lack tartness, sprinkle with teaspoon of lemon juice.
