Southern Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in a little hot fat in skillet.
    Stir in catsup, mustard and soup.
    Simmer until mixture has thickened a little, about 15 minutes.
    Spoon over toasted split buns or English muffin halves.
