Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    2 to 3 onions
    1 bell pepper
    4 ribs celery
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 buttons garlic
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    parsley
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Saute
    the
    onions, pepper, celery and tomatoes in oleo for
    2 hours.
    Add garlic, let cook for about 10 minutes.\tAdd remaining ingredients, cook uncovered until done.
    Cover, let sit
    for 15 minutes.
    (To make the etouffee go further, add an extra can of mushroom soup.)
