Harvest Vegetable Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    5 small red potatoes, sliced thin
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
    1/4 c. milk
    pepper
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine carrots, broccoli and 1/2 can of French fried onions.
    Tuck potato slices into vegetable mixture at an angle.
    Dot evenly with cheese spread.
    Pour milk over vegetables; sprinkle with seasonings as desired.
