Chopped Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers, cooked in salted water until done
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/4 c. dried parsley
Preparation
    Blend together thoroughly.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving. Spread on crackers.
