Quick Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan; blend well. Gradually add water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
    Bring mixture to a boil; boil 2 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Serve hot over cake.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Heat as needed.
    Yields 1 1/4 cups.
