Fruit Frostie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 1/2 oz.) can peaches in juice, chilled and undrained
1 c. milk (skim, low-fat or whole)
1/2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. frozen, hulled strawberries
Preparation

Place peaches with juice, milk, Ricotta cheese and sugar in blender and process on high until smooth.
Add strawberries, a few at a time, blending until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and garnish with strawberry, if desired.
Yields 4 servings; 4 cups.
