Crab Helene - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts
    1 lb. imitation crabmeat
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    dashes of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Drain and chop artichokes. Add the rest and toss, being careful not to overdo Tabasco sauce.
    Adjust mayonnaise to desired moistness.
