Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
1/3 c. grated cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. Ricotta
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package, drain well and stir butter into spaghetti.
Add grated cheese and eggs.
Form crust out of spaghetti in buttered 10-inch pie plate.
In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned.
Drain fat.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and garlic powder.
Heat through.
Spread Ricotta over spaghetti crust.
Fill pie with tomato mixture. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese atop.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
