Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. self-rising meal
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg

Preparation

Add all ingredients together.
Beat in buttermilk.
Drop from spoon in hot grease; fry until golden brown.
