Hot Crab Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
2 c. crab
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
grated cheese
paprika
1 chopped green pepper
Preparation

Dice half of the bread into baking dish.
Mix crab or shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, green pepper and celery and spread over diced bread.
Trim crusts from remaining 4 slices of bread and place these over crab mixture.
Mix eggs and milk together and pour over top.
Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and spoon soup over top.
Top with cheese and paprika. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
