Creole Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    2/3 c. chopped green peppers
    2/3 c. diced celery
    2 c. drained canned tomatoes
    2 c. green beans
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons oil until soft. Mix in tomatoes, green beans, salt and pepper and simmer 15 minutes.
