Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. butter flavoring extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs, mix with cottage cheese.
    Add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, cornstarch, vanilla, salt and butter extract.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour
    into
    unbaked
    pie
    shell.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for
    about
    45 minutes or when silver knife inserted will come out clean.
