Cinnamon Stars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 large egg white, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 large egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    silver dragees
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed, beat butter and 3/4 cup sugar until blended.
    Beat in egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and baking powder.
    Divide dough in half; shape into disks.
    Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for 3 hours.
