Lemon Gelatin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs
Preparation

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When done, remove cake from oven and pierce with fork in several places.
This allows steam to escape and icing to penetrate.
Cover immediately with icing.
