Sweet Raisin Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/3 c. pecans
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (10 oz.) can flaky biscuits
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. 10x sugar
    1 tsp. butter
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine
    raisins,
    pecans,
    sour
    cream,
    honey, butter, lemon rind
    and\tcinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Separate biscuit dough; roll out on lightly floured surface to 7 x 4-inch oval.
    Spread 1 rounded tablespoon of filling on each. Roll dough starting at narrow end. Place
    seam
    down
    on ungreased sheet.
    Brush with the 1 tablespoon melted
    butter.\tBake
    at
    375\u00b0\tfor
    12 to 15 minutes. Combine sugar,
    1\tteaspoon butter, milk and vanilla. Stir
    until smooth.
    Drizzle\t over
    warm
    rolls.
    Yield:
    20 roll-ups.
