Pork Chop Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

onions and celery
1/4 c. margarine
scant 1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Saute the onions and celery in the butter until the onions and celery are soft.
Add all ingredients except water and simmer 10 minutes.
Add water and simmer 15 minutes more.
Bake pork chops 1/2 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Drain grease; add sauce and bake for 1/2 hour.
