Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. ribs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Arrange ribs in shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle with salt. Cover pan with aluminum foil and crimp it securely. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 70 minutes or until meat is almost tender, 1 1/2 hours for country-style ribs.
