Quick Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. good quality hamburger
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 slice bread (2 slices if they are thin or small)
Preparation

Beat egg and garlic salt with a fork.
Add milk.
Tear up bread in small pieces, add to the liquid and blend until it is thoroughly soaked.
(Add more milk if the bread will absorb more.) Add hamburger and knead until the meat and bread mixture is thoroughly combined.
