"Dutch Bunny"(A Big Pancake) - cooking recipe

3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
juice of 1/2 lemon
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Beat eggs and milk until they are well blended.
Add the flour and salt, stirring the batter until it is slightly lumpy.
Set 10-inch pie pan or skillet in oven to melt butter.
When the butter is very hot, pour in the batter and bake for about 20 minutes or longer or until the pancake is brown and puffed.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and confectioners sugar and cut into wedges.
Serve immediately as it will deflate quickly.
Serves 4.
