Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender. Drain. Mash squash. Add salt and pepper. Add melted margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and half of stuffing mix. Mix thoroughly and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
