Hot Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    2 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. minced, peeled onion
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. crumbled herb-seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Beat eggs
    in a large bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except
    stuffing mix.
    When well blended, stir in stuffing crumbs and let stand 20 minutes.
    Shape into balls between palms on hands,
    using
    a
    rounded teaspoonful for each ball. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until hot and lightly browned.
