Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, combined with 1/4 c. water
    1/4 lb. cashews, toasted and salted
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    2 c. cooked and diced chicken, turkey, tuna or ham
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 small or 1 large can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together reserving 1 small can chow mein noodles or 1/2 large can of noodles.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed well with Pam cooking spray. Top with remaining chow mein noodles.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
