Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sifted plain flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Dissolve
soda in
buttermilk.
Sift
cocoa
and
flour together.
Cream sugar and
oil;
add
eggs and mix well.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk to the sugar and oil.
Add water and vanilla.
Bake in 2 cake pans that have been greased and floured in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
