Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1 c. water
    2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, add ground chuck, pepper, onion and water. Cook until pepper and onion are tender. Mix 2 cups catsup (more if needed), yellow mustard, 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (or more to taste) and brown sugar. Let simmer until moisture is gone. Let simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
