Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
Add sugar and stir.
Add oil and eggs; will be stiff. Add grated carrots slowly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or more in 13 x 9-inch or larger greased pan.
