Olive Mexican Fiesta(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 envelope chili sauce mix
    1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
    1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    1 c. pitted ripe olives, halved lengthwise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. corn tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown the
    ground
    beef
    with
    the
    onions
    in\ta large skillet.
    Stir
    in tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili sauce mix. Simmer, uncovered,\t5
    minutes.
    Stir
    in beans, corn, chilies and olives.
    In a 2-quart casserole, alternately layer tortilla chips (enough
    to
    cover\tbottom) and meat mixture, making several layers
    of\teach.
    Sprinkle
    the
    top
    with cheese and arrange the tortilla chips around the edge.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbly hot and cheese is melted.
