French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1/2 pkg. coconut or 3 1/2 oz.
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding coconut last.
    Pour in unbaked pie crust (about 9-inch size) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
