Creamy Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
    Cover celery, onion and potatoes with water.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add soup, cheese, milk and margarine.
    Simmer until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
