Chicken Breasts Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 to 2 tsp. celery salt
    5 to 6 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1 to 1 1/4 c. coarse bread crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, garlic, lemon juice and celery salt. Place the chicken in a large bowl, pour the sour cream mixture over chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Roll chicken in crumbs and place in a greased, shallow pan.
    Spoon melted butter over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 to 60 minutes until done and crispy.
    Serves 5 or 6.
