City Chicken(Makes About 50 Pieces; Freezes Well.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. veal, cut into 1-inch cubes
    approximately 1 pt. plain cracker crumbs
    flour
    6 c. chicken broth (more if desired)
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    4 well beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    You will need about 50 wooden skewers, 4 1/2 to 5 inches.
