Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can diced corned beef
1 c. diced celery
1 small onion, chopped fine
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water; chill until partially set.
Fold in mayonnaise.
Beat together.
Add corned beef, celery and onion. Fold in eggs.
Chill until firm.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
