Iowa Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in small skillet.
    Saute green pepper and onion until tender, about 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat eggs in medium size bowl.
    Stir in milk.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and pepper in small cup.
    Stir into egg-milk mixture.
    Add cooked pepper and onion and corn.
    Turn into buttered 4 to 6-cup shallow baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake in a slow oven (275\u00b0) for 40 minutes or until softly set.
    Makes 4 servings.
