Pecan Delight Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 c. pecans
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream oleo, cream cheese and flour.
    Chill.
    Press dough into mini-cupcake tins.
    Mix eggs, sugar, 1 tablespoon oleo, pecans, vanilla and salt and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
