Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
1 c. corn, thawed
3/4 c. Miracle Whip lite
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 c. shredded lettuce
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat; drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder.
Layer 1/2 each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
Repeat layers.
Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato with dollops of sour cream.
Makes 6 servings.
