Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef, browned with onion (in skillet)
Preparation

Cook rice as directed on package.
Stir soup and cheese into cooked rice.
Drain ground beef and mix well with cheese and rice. Bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
