Low-Fat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
1 1/4 c. milk (skim)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. applesauce
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix the cereal, milk and sugar.
Let set 5 minutes.
Add egg and applesauce. Add this to flour mixture.
Mix lightly.
Spray tins with cooking spray. Fill tins 3/4 full.
Makes 12 muffins.
