Hot Sausage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean pork butts, ground coarse
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper seed
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    1 tsp. paprika (for color)
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Make into patties.
    Separate on and between wax paper; freeze. Use as needed.
    Deer meat can also be used.
