Racoon Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large racoon, dressed
    1 c. salt
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Heinz barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. mustard
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Clean the \"coon\" and cut into quarters.
    Soak overnight in salt water.
    Drain; parboil in fresh water approximately 2 hours.
    Drain well; place in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion. Mix mustard in barbecue sauce and pour over \"coon.\"
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for approximately 3 hours, basting during cooking period.
