Bacon Cheese Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. bacon bits
    2 Tbsp. olives, pitted and sliced
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and trim ends.
    Cut into 3/8-inch slices. Evenly arrange on a microwave-safe plate, putting smaller slices in the center.
    Sprinkle with green onion.
    Cover with microwave-safe, clear plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 7 to 10 minutes, giving the dish 1/2 turn after four minutes.
    Sprinkle potatoes with bacon bits, olives and cheese.
    Microwave, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
