Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces chicken
    3 c. water (hot)
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Bring water
    to
    a boil in a 12-inch Dutch oven and add bouillon
    cubes.
    Mix the other ingredients, except the chicken, with
    the
    bouillon
    and water.
    Lay the chicken pieces on top of the
    rice
    mixture.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours with 12 coals on the top and
    10
    coals
    on\tthe
    bottom.
    Replenish
    coals as needed.
