Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. unpeeled chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 box dates
3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well and cook in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
