Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/8 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Skin chicken;
    boil
    for
    5 minutes.
    Drain chicken and salt and
    pepper
    to taste.
    Place chicken on grill.
    Grill on both sides
    until
    tender.
    In microwave or top of stove, melt margarine, lemon
    juice and garlic.
    Mix together well.
    Brush on one side
    of
    chicken and grill for about 1 minute or until brown; turn over chicken, brush with mix and do the same.
