Sugar Cookie Roll-Out Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 c. oleo
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oleo.
    Mix in egg and flavoring.
    Stir dry ingredients together; blend into sugar and oleo mixture. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
    Roll out dough to 3/16-inch thickness. Cut any shape desired.
    Place on lightly greased sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes until lightly brown.
    Decorate with frosting.
